Questions you might have
If your question isn't answered here, feel free to get in touch.
Embodied coaching works with both mind and body. Instead of only talking through challenges, we also pay attention to what's happening in your body: tension, breath, posture, movement. This helps you access wisdom and patterns that thinking alone can't reach.
Sessions might include gentle movement, breathwork, or simply pausing to notice what you feel. It's not about performance or flexibility. It's about coming back to yourself.
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds. Traditional life coaching tends to be goal-oriented and cognitive. Embodied coaching sits somewhere in between: we work with what's alive right now, using the body as a resource.
I'm not a therapist and don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I'm happy to help you find the right professional.

It's a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other. I'll ask about what's going on in your life, what you're looking for, and we'll see together if working with me feels like a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment.
