This website is operated by Lena Röpert, an embodied coach and yoga teacher based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit lenaroepert.nl.

Third-party services

  • Calendly: booking and scheduling
  • Stripe: secure payment processing (iDEAL, SEPA, credit cards)
  • Google Analytics: anonymized website usage statistics
  • Resend: email delivery and newsletter management (US-based, GDPR-compliant)
  • Instagram: embedded social media content

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and first name (if provided). We use this data only to send you occasional updates about coaching, yoga, and events.

Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Newsletter data is processed by Resend, a US-based email service provider that complies with GDPR requirements.

We keep your newsletter data until you unsubscribe. After that, your data is deleted from our mailing list.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at hello@lenaroepert.nl to be removed.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG), you have the following rights:

Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and payment records are retained as required by Dutch tax law (7 years for financial records).
